Thanks for the Love: The Putney Foodshelf is sending thanks to the Putney community for supporting the bulk food drive during Show the Love! — the celebration of the re-opening of the Putney Co-op’s beautiful new deli and cafe week of February 10–16. There were 48 orders placed, totaling 68 cases of food. Thanks to the Co-op staff for facilitating the process, promoting the event, and sharing our enthusiasm for the donations made. Thanks to our extended community for giving!
The Putney Foodshelf is open to anyone in need of food every Tuesday from 6–7 p.m. and Saturday from 9–10 a.m.
Food4Kids, a program of the Putney Foodshelf, is open every Thursday to students of Putney Central School, while school and summer camp are in session.
