Dear community,

We are reaching out to ask if you would consider becoming a sustaining monthly donor of the Putney Foodshelf. These past two months we’ve been serving almost 20% more people than we were a year ago. This is increasing our food expenses beyond what we’ve budgeted for the year, so we are looking for ways to fill this gap.

A donation of $10, $25, $50 a month makes a real difference, however any amount of a recurring donation is greatly appreciated. The Foodshelf is able to stretch a dollar when purchasing food through the Vermont Foodbank, so in this way a monetary donation can go the furthest. We always happily accept food donations as well.
