Just checked in with Andrea and there are still plenty of blueberries to be picked!
If you haven't gotten your kids Blueberry Bucks yet, they are available for pickup at the Putney Public Library and Putney Foodshelf during open hours as long as supplies and blueberries last.
The Putney Foodshelf is open on Fri. 1:30 - 2:30 pm and Sat. 9 - 10:30 am.
Blueberry Bucks are funded for the Putney Foodshelf Food4Kids program through a Vermont Foodbank Vermonters Feeding Vermonters Grant. They are only good for this season, so use them while you can!

September is Hunger Action Month and it’s time to Fill the Foodshelf! Running for the full month of September, the food drive will help the Putney Foodshelf stock up on staple food pantry items as we head into the fall.
The Foodshelf has been serving around 150 households a week during Open Hours. This the highest running average we’ve ever seen, and it’s triple the number of people we served before the pandemic.
It’s easy to help! Donate through the link below online, or stop by the Putney Co-op or General Store, pick up a form and pay at the register.
